I feel like they are in it to make money and not listen to their customers. Once they see the opportunity to make a deal, they do so with no consideration for the customer. Brandon, the salesman, listened to what I was looking for. He was not aggressive to get more for .y trade in or the price of the purchasing car less, but he did listen to what I was looking for. Alex, the finance rep, was friendly but did not listen to my request. I wanted the car in my and my husband's name. I wanted to transfer my disabled vet tag to the new car, but neither ended up happening. They even put the tag on my car for 3 weeks until I got a tag in the mail and realized they never transferred the tag. By doing paperwork on the iPad I never really got to see all the actual costs of service contract or warranties. They cost a lot more than I would have agreed to had I seen the cost. I was waiting for my vehicle to have warranty work before trade in, so it was almost a month before that happened. In the meantime, the sale was done and past the 30 days to cancel. Now, I will just have to accept it and move on. You asked for a review and these are some of my feelings. I feel like no one listened to me. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I feel like customer service is dead. I called every week fir the time I waited on my trade in. I would leave messages with no call back. I went in person to give updates on my vehicle and no one seemed to know what was going on. I feel like my Rav4 is going to be a nice vehicle for me. I just do not think they made an effort to take care of me and work on a good deal. I hope dealing with the service department is going to be better.
