I purchased a used Toyota Sienna here, and while the vehicle itself is fine, the overall experience was disappointing from start to finish.
My salesperson, Van Redstone, communicated poorly throughout the process. After signing the papers, I was told the van would be ready in two days, but it ended up taking more than a week. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates, and even when I arrived for pickup, several promised repairs were incomplete.

I co-signed for a vehicle but never visited the dealership, spoke with staff, or met any representative in person before signing. Instead, the car was delivered to my home in New Jersey, and paperwork was presented at my door by two individuals whose authority I could not verify.
When I was later given full documents, I noticed several concerning issues: unfamiliar addresses, misspellings of another buyer’s name, and other discrepancies. It's amazing that in this century they can still find people with "KEYSTONE COP" on their resume. Seriously, what a confused, messed up place. From a phone system that rings and rings and rings, to waiting 2 months for a title which took numerous phone calls to get going, to making an appointment to see a car that had been driven at length by someone else (4K+ more miles than advertised and left trashy inside and dirty outside), to having charges that weren't agreed to put on the sales contract. Waited two months for tag. Went to dealership and tag not there. Gave me the run around. Told me if I got pulled over on expired tag they would let me go. Told me tag would be at front desk the next day. It was not. Told me DMV was running behind which has nothing to do with registering. I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I pulled in and waited over10 minutes and nobody would help me. People beside me and behind me was getting waited on. Don’t trade-in your vehicle here… or buy a used vehicle! They will lowball you and make stuff up about your trade-in that isn’t true to try and get you to accept a lower value. They will then turn around and list it for almost DOUBLE what they offered you! DOUBLE! (78% increase between the trade-in value and what they listed it on the market for, which is $10,500 profit for them.) They are undervaluing your trade in, and over-charging the next customer! After all that, they will press you for a 5-star review. Hilarious!
I had an excellent experience with purchasing my new vehicle. My sales associate went above and beyond what he had to help and explain everything. I also had a great experience with finance guy I was given. Both were professional, helpful, and very nice.

I am never one to make reviews but I was so angry with Johnson City Toyota. Recently went to get an alignment on my sons 2015 4Runner after installing a leveling kit on it (Which I have done over 20 installs before on 4runners and other vehicles.) I also needed to verify if the ABS monitor wiring was broke or disconnected after installation of the leveling kit. If so, I was going to install the wiring harness myself it's not a very big issue. We were working on the phone and email with this dealership to purchase a 2024 4Runner TRD Pro. After a few days of back and forth we had a price of around $59K out the door. Ziggy went above and beyond throughout the process of finding a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. Ziggy remained consistent in updating us throughout the process on expectations for vehicle allocation and delivery. The detailing of our vehicle was slow, however, Ziggy communicated with the department frequently to keep us looped in. Overall, a great experience.

Getting a new 4Runner these days is a process. From the start, JC Toyota stood out as they are the only dealership that did exactly what they said they would, and I talked to a few. After i paid a deposit, my salesman, Van Redstone, kept me updated on status while we waited on arrival, and once it arrived we set an appointment to get in and get the sale completed. It was a painless process. I cannot recommend Van and JC Toyota enough!

Service department is in poor shape. Staff seemed confused at check in and were unable to correctly record vehicle information and services requested. This used to be my "go to" for Toyota service, but I'm now hesitant to return. Very disappointing experience and very poor responsiveness.

Grant was our salesman and was excellent help to send us a personalized video of the car we wanted. He also worked hard to get us a deal we could work with on our trade and the new vehicle. We are in Knoxville so some of the deal was accomplished with him on the phone. My wife was looking to get a used car for our family of 6, the sales lady(weasel) instead of trying to meet our needs was more interested in making a sale, persuaded my wife to purchase a Hyundai Accent, which is no larger than a golf cart. All in all it was a terrible experience, overcharged car. I will never use or recommend them to anyone.
